The Bosch GMC600-15 True RMS 400A Clamp Meter is a professional electrical testing tool designed for fast, accurate, non-invasive measurements in demanding jobsite environments. Built with a current-sensing hinged jaw, this clamp meter allows electricians, HVAC technicians, and maintenance professionals to test conductors without disconnecting wires or interrupting the circuit.
Engineered with True RMS technology, the GMC600-15 provides more precise readings when measuring complex electrical loads. The meter measures AC current and supports voltage testing up to 600V AC/DC using the clamp or the included high-quality silicone test leads, making it a versatile solution for electrical troubleshooting, HVAC service, and equipment maintenance.
A large 1.18" jaw opening allows the meter to clamp around larger conductors, while the high-contrast LCD display improves readability in dimly lit workspaces. The ergonomic hold button allows users to freeze measurement values with one hand, making it easier to capture readings in tight or awkward areas.
Built for tough worksites, the GMC600-15 features an ergonomic rubber grip, rubber-reinforced housing, and an IP54 rating for enhanced dust and water protection. Certified to CAT IV 300V and CAT III 600V safety standards, it provides the protection professionals require when working around energized systems.
For added flexibility, the meter operates using the included AA batteries or an optional Bosch GBA37V10 3.7V Lithium-Ion battery sold separately. Power cut-off protection prevents operation when the battery compartment is open, helping reduce the risk of accidental activation.
