The King KC-760L 6" x 48" Belt & 9" Disc Sander is a versatile woodworking machine designed to handle edge sanding, surface smoothing, contour shaping, and finish preparation with precision and efficiency. Built with heavy-duty cast-iron construction, the KC-760L provides exceptional stability and vibration reduction for smoother, more accurate sanding results. The large 6" x 48" belt is ideal for flattening surfaces and shaping workpieces, while the 9" sanding disc offers precise edge sanding and detail work.
The belt sanding system features a quick-release lever for fast, tool-free belt changes, reducing downtime and improving productivity. A graphite-covered platen minimizes friction between the sanding belt and platen surface, helping extend belt life and improve sanding performance.
For maximum versatility, the adjustable belt assembly can be positioned vertically, horizontally, or at any angle in between, allowing the machine to adapt to a wide range of sanding applications. The cast-aluminum work tables tilt from 0° to 45°, providing support for bevel sanding and angled workpieces.
Dust collection is simplified through dual 2-1/2" dust ports and an included 2-1/2" to 4" adapter, allowing easy connection to most dust collection systems. Removable safety guards enhance operator protection while maintaining convenient access during operation.
