Not only do the magnets enable the pair to secure to one another, each magnetized pouch can attach to the ferrous mounting point integrated in the TP-XXL, TP-XD and TP-XL. When on the go the pouches can secure themselves to a substructure keeping small parts, test leads or precision tools within hands reach. The magnets can also temporarily keep the screws from a removed shroud in place.
